Yes! As soon as your order is packed and handed over to DHL (usually the next day), you will receive an email from us in which you can find your tracking number. You can then enter this on the DHL website ,

All of our items are 100% produced fairly and vegan .

All basic T-shirts are made of 100% cotton . You can find further information about this in the respective description of the product.

Shipping

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods.

If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your return right of 14 days has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be sent back to you automatically.

2. HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Please note that you will bear the costs for your return yourself.

Please remember to sufficiently frank your shipment. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.

2. CAN I RETURN SEVERAL PACKAGES IN ONE PACKAGE?

You can also return different orders together in one package.

Please make sure that all clothing is in the package and that all items are listed on the attached note.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We do not currently offer clothing exchanges.

However, we offer the possibility of a return within 14 days of receipt .

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 30 days .

5. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?

We do not send an acknowledgment of receipt after receiving your return.

As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification.

As a rule, we need a maximum of 14 days to process your return.

After larger sales campaigns, the processing time may be slightly longer.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.

Make changes to the order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed.

If you forgot to put an item in your shopping cart, you are welcome to place a new order. However, we can also cancel the entire order so that you can place it again.
